1 Financial assistance is offered to participants in the Hilo program who meet and accept the program's terms. This entails adding any eligible compatible connected device in the Hilo app, as well as a 12-month commitment to participate in Hilo Challenges. The financial assistance will be paid to the customer in the weeks following the connection of their device(s) to Hilo and their acceptance of the Financial Assistance Agreement. Financial assistance is only provided once per eligible compatible connected device. The number of eligible compatible connected devices is limited. For more information, please refer to the financial assistance program. The financial assistance program may be modified or canceled at any time without notice.

During challenges, compatible devices connected to Hilo help you save energy and earn cash rewards, just like Hilo devices do.
At the end of each challenge period, you'll receive the rewards you've accumulated throughout the season. Bonuses will be issued within a few weeks of your compatible device(s) being connected to Hilo.
You can combine compatible devices with Hilo products to take part in the reduction challenges. If you have Honeywell Home, Mysa, or Sinopé thermostats, check their compatibility and connect them to the Hilo app to maximize your challenge rewards.

There is a limit to the number of some devices that can be paired with the Hilo Hub, regardless of whether they are purchased from Hilo. This explains why you can only add a certain number of these devices to your shopping cart, including those that are offered as a bonus with your package and those that you decide to add on your own.
For example, a maximum of 10 dimmers can be paired with your hub. If you select eight dimmers as part of your Large Home package, your order will automatically be limited to two additional dimmers so that you don’t exceed the limit.
