Which devices are eligible for a bonus?

Here is the list of bonus-eligible devices, along with the corresponding amounts.

Please note that, in general, a device cannot qualify for more than one bonus. Once a bonus has been awarded for a device connected to Hilo, its serial number will be recorded, and it will not be eligible for an additional bonus.

Also, take note of the maximum number of devices eligible for a bonus in each category. These can be purchased separately; a new financial assistance agreement will be issued for any new devices.

Note: You do not need to provide purchase receipts for these devices; all validations will be done using their serial number upon connection. However, we may request proof that the devices are installed.
