Nothing is displayed on the screen of my Hilo smart thermostat for electric floor heating

If your thermostat is not displaying any information, please verify the following:

• Ensure the front plate of the thermostat is properly connected to the base and that the locking screw below the thermostat has been tightened
• In your home’s electrical panel, make sure that the circuit breaker connected to your thermostat is turned on
