My Hilo smart thermostat for electric floor heating is displaying an error code
You can always reset the circuit breaker to attempt to get rid of an error code; in your electrical panel, simply turn the breaker off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it on again.
Code displayed | Meaning | Solution |
E1F | The thermostat is in Floor mode but no sensor is connected. |

E2F | The thermostat is in Floor mode but the sensor has short-circuited. |
Put the thermostat in Ambient mode and/or have an electrician check the wiring |
E5 | The devices detects more than one hub in pairing mode |
* After the hard reset, all other devices already paired to the hub must be paired again. |
E17 | The automatic test to verify circuit protection has failed. |
