Cancellations and changes

Cancelling an order

You may cancel an order for products purchased, free of charge, up to 2 business days before the scheduled installation time. If this deadline is not met, you will be billed $50 (or a maximum of 10% of the price of planned services) to cover the logistical costs incurred in transporting and preparing your order.

Changing an order

You can modify your order at no charge, but we cannot guarantee that any additional devices requested will be included if your order is already being processed.

If, for any reason, a device cannot be installed at the time of installation, it will be removed from your order. Of course, your invoice will be adjusted to reflect only the products installed. The price of certain products may also be adjusted if discounts previously granted for the quantity of items selected are no longer applicable.

If the number of devices to be installed is less than the minimum required to be eligible for Hilo’s smart home service, the order and installation will be cancelled.
