Are you eligible for Hilo?

To join Hilo, you must be subscribed to Rate D (basic rate) from Hydro-Québec. This might mean you need to unsubscribe from the Flex D rate or Winter Credit option, whichever is applicable (since we cannot reward a customer twice for saving the same kilowatt-hour!).

If you are subscribed to the Winter Credit option

Hilo will take care of cancelling your subscription to the Winter Credit option once we have completed the installation of your devices. Simply submit your order and the transfer will be handled automatically.

If you are subscribed to the Flex D rate

Please contact Hydro-Québec customer service, who will explain the steps you need to take to join Hilo.
