What should I do if I need to change the date of my appointment?

You can change your appointment online up to two days before the scheduled installation date.

If the installation date is less than two days away, you must contact our customer service department by telephone at (438) 289-4456 (438-289-HILO) or toll-free at 1-844-500-4456 (1-844-500-HILO) from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., or Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additional fees may apply if you change your order less than two working days before your installation date.

Installations must be performed within 45 days following the order, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
