If your appointment is in less than two days, please contact our customer service by phone at 438 289-HILO (438 289-HILO) or toll-free at 1 844 500-HILO (1 844 500-HILO), Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. A fee may apply for any changes made less than two business days before the installation date.
The installation must be completed within 45 days of placing the order. If no installation slots are available due to Hilo’s scheduling constraints, this deadline may be extended. Otherwise, your order will be canceled.
